Coordinating Pediatric Signage Packages in Northridge
Fragmented signage creates a broken arrival process. When exterior pole signs do not match the window graphics or the lobby logo, the facility looks disorganized. This confusion causes missed turns and late arrivals. It forces parents to work harder to find your clinic.
Premium Sign Solutions managed the Kids and Teens Medical Group project as one coordinated system. We handled every sign type and material substrate under a single scope of work..

The Difference in Approach
A typical vendor treats every sign as a separate order. The pole sign comes from one shop and the window film from another. This leads to mismatched colors and different material quality.
For Kids and Teens we took a coordinated approach. We engineered eight different sign types to work together. This ensures the brand looks the same on the street as it does in the lobby. We manage the submittals and the fabrication so the building remains a cohesive environment.

The 8-Point Integrated Scope
We used several different materials to build this package. Every item was measured and matched before we started.
Custom Pylon and Lightbox Inserts
Street-facing pylon and lightbox inserts help parents find the clinic. We built two top slots at 49.5 inches by 120 inches. We added a middle box at 34.5 inches and a small box at 14 inches. This stack provides a clear visual anchor on busy Northridge streets. It stops last minute lane changes and rushed parking.
Illuminated Facade Branding
We installed a 42 inch circular lightbox for the LAIPT logo. It features 5 inch aluminum returns and an acrylic face. The LED lighting is powered by a 3 foot ground cord. The round shape provides a recognizable mark that works during the day and at night.

Patient Privacy with Window Graphics
We treated the exterior glass with matte finish window graphics. These 70/30 perforated wraps cover two 70 inch doors and the 103 inch side windows. They block direct views into exam rooms while letting in natural light. This protects the privacy of the patient without using heavy barriers.
Lobby Signs for Final Confirmation
The custom lobby sign is 160.2 inches wide. We used half inch thick acrylic with full color digital print faces. We painted the letters to match the exact brand codes used on the exterior. This sign provides immediate proof that the parent is in the right place.

Engineering Consistency Across Materials
The biggest risk in medical signage is color shift. A blue printed on a window wrap will not naturally match a blue painted on acrylic. We calibrate these colors across aluminum and vinyl before fabrication begins. This prevents the mismatched look that happens when signs are bought piece by piece.
Working in Active Medical Clinics
Installing signs in a busy clinic requires surgical timing. We coordinated our team to match the clinic hours. We kept the workspace clean and safe. This allowed the practice to upgrade their facility without stopping their care.
