Cosmo Lofts just got an impressive new building mural for Pacific Reach Properties in Hollywood. It’s a large one, 10 feet tall and 18 feet in length. Hand painted too, because handmade is still best made. So it’s big and bold, guaranteed to be seen from quite a distance. That’s the point of a building mural, after all. More signage for Crunch Fitness, this time a sign package for their branch in Long Beach. The gym signs include a custom contoured lightbox sign and channel letters. They are for the storefront and parking garage of the establishment. Coupled with the idyllic Long Beach scenery, such as the surrounding palm trees, they make up for quite an attractive locale. A property manager’s own properties should catch the eye and entice customers. This is where sleek building signage comes in, like the ones we provided for Cirrus’ Venture Plaza location. The outdoor signs are composed of faux metal custom-painted acrylic dimensional letters, one set situated at the face of the building and another over the indoor parking lot entrance.
They complement the monument signs we’ve previously installed, and the lobby sign awaiting clients within the establishment. This is another part of the sign construction project we are doing with Cirrus for this building, providing them with the complete package! (more…)

The custom built outdoor sign is made of brushed metal and gives the establishment a sleek modern appearance that clients will see even before they enter the establishment’s halls, where the lobby sign we made for Cirrus is situated. The multi-tenant sign is the first stage of a larger sign construction project we are doing with Cirrus for this building.
