West Valley-Warner Center Chamber of Commerce is one of our favorite customers and the community they represent is close to our hearts. That’s why the Welcome to Woodland Hills monument sign is significant to us and was a wonderful project.
Pat King Jiu Jitsu in Northridge, one of our favorite customers making good use of our gym signs, teaches martial arts and self-defense. When it comes to COVID-19, you can’t strike it or put it in a choke hold, so social distancing is the most effective defense technique. And that’s what they are doing, while teaching BJJ lessons through Zoom. Practitioners might not be able to go to class and spar with everyone, but they can still hone their techniques from their homes.
Hardcore Fitness is one of our favorite customers, we did their gym signs. While their establishment is temporarily closed following local orders, they are still ensuring their community’s fitness. So they are offering private video workouts, either one-on-one with trainers or in virtual small group training. With this, their community can still enjoy great sweat sessions and stay fit. Moreover, their social media pages are showing throwback vids of their members, sharing their current home workouts, and congratulating them for their accomplishments. Great job!
We did good lobby sign work for Pearlique, one of our favorite customers. Currently, the Downtown Los Angeles dental clinic is offering video consultations so patients can speak with Dr. Jennifer Nguyen. Likewise, along with teledentistry and telemedicine, they are also seeing patients who need emergencies, but normal operations won’t resume until mid May. They are definitely doing their part in the effort against COVID-19!
One of our favorite customers, Metropolis Dermatology, continues to meet its patients needs while ensuring everyone’s safer at home. So for 30 days the clinic and its patients have fully embraced remote visits, allowing people to receive the care they need from a safe distance. Tele-health and tele-medicine are vital developments in making sure health services remain accessible to those who need them most. They are also open with limited in-office appointments that are absolutely necessary.
Maryvale is open for business and continue to offer programs to the community and those in need to instill hope during these difficult times. They are one of our favorite customers and we are proud to have made several signs for them. We created signage throughout the campus, including a monument sign, building identification signs and wayfinding signs throughout their beautiful grounds. (more…)
